Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson is the Chairman of Arctic Circle, the largest international platform on the Arctic. Previously, he served as President of Iceland from 1996-2016, Minister of Finance and the first Professor of Political Science in Iceland. President Grímsson has received numerous awards for his significant contributions to tackling global issues.
