Engineer with an Executive Master’s degree in Public Management, he has built his career around sustainable development. Former Director of the Environment within the Princely Government of Monaco and Director General at Monaco’s Ministry of Public Works, he led major projects in urban planning, mobility and environmental protection. Since 2021, he has been COO of the Oceanographic Institute.
