Eirik Larsen serves at the Saami Council, where he leads work related to human rights, and also holds a position at the Sámi University of Applied Sciences. He has previously served as a Member of Sámi Parliament, and has worked with Indigenous Peoples’ issues in Norwegian ministries. His expertise focuses on relations between states and Indigenous Peoples and on rights within the UN system.
